Does Health Insurance Cover Physical Therapy?

Absolutely, health insurance does cover physical therapy as long as it is performed by a licensed provider who is in network with your insurance plan. No prescription is necessary to start physical therapy in most cases.

The following is a list of insurances accepted by our facility, if you do not see yours here please ask.

Amerihealth, Aetna US Healthcare, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Personal Choice, Blair Mill Administrators, Champus, Cigna Inter-County, Keystone Mercy, Keystone Health East, Prudential/Prucare, Blue Choice, United Healthcare, Medicaid, Worker’s Compensation, Motor Vehicle Insurance, and other Independent Insurance Carriers.
